MAGNET’s Early College, Early Career (ECEC) Program

A different kind of youth apprenticeship program.
The first of its kind nationally.

How does it work?

How does ECEC improve communities in Northeast Ohio?

As we build and expand this program, ECEC students will have higher employment rates, better starting salaries, and more successful long-term careers than their peers. Who is participating?
